Opening Doors to Homeownership
Are you a Regina resident looking for a more affordable path to homeownership? Habitat for Humanity Saskatchewan is currently accepting applications for renovated, condo-style homes in Regina. If you’re interested in applying, attending our upcoming Homeowner Info Night is a required first step.
Join us on Wednesday, July 3rd from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM for an informative session where you’ll learn how our unique Habitat homeownership model works, what homes are available, and how to take the next step.
These are not brand new homes, but they’ve been professionally renovated and are ready for qualified families to move in. This opportunity is open only to residents of Regina.

Who’s Eligible?
Habitat for Humanity offers an affordable homeownership opportunity for individuals and families who:
✅ Have a need for affordable housing.
This might include living in overcrowded, unsafe, or unaffordable conditions, or being unable to qualify for a traditional mortgage.
✅ Are willing to partner with Habitat.
Each selected applicant must complete 500 hours of volunteer service, known as “sweat equity,” which can include helping at Habitat events, on build sites, or through approved community service.
✅ Are able to pay an affordable mortgage.
Applicants must have a steady source of income and fall within Habitat’s household income range, which varies based on family size. You must also demonstrate the ability to manage monthly payments for your home and ongoing expenses.
✅ Have lived in Regina for at least one year.
These homes are located in Regina, and this opportunity is only open to current Regina residents.
