A Resounding Success: Habitat Saskatchewan’s first ever charity golf tournament
On August 22nd, the community came together for a memorable day at Aspen Links for our first-ever Home in One Charity Golf Tournament. The day was filled with perfect weather, enthusiastic participants, and a spirit of generosity that made the event a huge success!
Highlights of the Day
The tournament was packed with excitement from start to finish. A special congratulations goes out to the team fromPrairie Sun Solar, who took home the first-place trophy with an impressive performance! Their teamwork and skill on the course truly set them apart scoring 15 under par!
One of the most talked-about moments of the day was at the Collab Construction activation hole, where participants were invited to show off their strength in a fun hammer competition. After a spirited contest, Cassity from Z99 emerged victorious!
Another favorite among the golfers was OptimaHR’s shotski hole. Not sure if it was the fun shots sponsored by Last Mountain Distillery or just the fun energy the Optima girls radiated, but it quickly became a crowd favorite. Thank you, OptimaHR, for being such a fantastic partner and bringing something special to the day.
And we can’t forget about Rona’s marshmallow chipping contest! There was so much fun happening on the course made possible by all our incredible supporters.
